(“Bridging Homes Immigration Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this Site or purchasing any products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to change pricing, services, or product availability at any time.

FULL REPRESENTATION SERVICES 

1. Currency, Payment Methods and Processing 

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) plus applicable taxes for those in Canada
• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and tax exempt for international clients
• Accepted payment methods for Canadian residents: Interac e-transfer, debit and credit cards, or wire bank transfer
• Accepted payment methods for international clients: Western Union, major debit and credit cards, or wire bank transfer 

2. Instalment Options 

• Instalment payment options may be available depending on the specific service package as described on our website. Eligibility and approval of instalment payments remain at the sole discretion of Bridging Homes Immigration Services Inc.
• Payments must be deposited into our Client Trust Account according to IRCC Trust Account Regulations. Withdrawals follow the payment schedule outlined in your Retainer Agreement (Section 6.3).

3. Refund Policy

• Refund eligibility varies by service and is detailed in Sections 6.4c and 12 of your Retainer Agreement.

Clients should review their specific Retainer Agreement thoroughly before payment.

CONSULTATION SERVICES 

1. Payment Terms and Currency 

• Fees are payable upfront when scheduling appointments.
• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

2. Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations with at least 24-hour notice
• No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.

3. Late Arrival Policy

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late results in cancellation without refund.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• One-time rescheduling allowed with a minimum 24-hour notice.
• Requests within 24 hours or beyond the one-time allowance result in fee forfeiture.

Booking a consultation does not automatically create a consultant-client relationship unless a formal agreement has been signed.

GUIDANCE AND REVISION SERVICES

1. Payment Terms and Currency 

• Fees are payable upfront when purchasing guidance or revision services.
• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

2. Product Use 

• All digital products, guides, templates, and materials provided by Bridging Homes Immigration Services within the guidance service are intended for personal use only.
• You may not:
  • Resell
  • Reproduce
  • Share
  • Distribute
  • Modify or republish

any part of the materials without prior written permission. 

• Unauthorized distribution of our digital products is strictly prohibited.
• Purchasing a guidance or revision service does not automatically create a consultant-client relationship unless a formal agreement has been signed.

3. Refund Policy 

• Guidance service: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been purchased.
• Revision service: non-refundable once the revision period of an application package has begun. 

ADDITIONAL FEES AND ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES

Additional fees and administrative charges are individualized and detailed within each client’s specific Retainer Agreement.

GOVERNMENT FEES AND DISBURSEMENTS

Professional fees exclude government fees and third-party costs (translation services, medical exams, language tests, police clearances, educational institution fees). Clients must pay these fees directly to respective authorities or third parties. Alternatively, clients may authorize Bridging Homes Immigration Services Inc. to make these payments on their behalf.

DISCOUNTS AND CREDITS

Different discounts or credits offered cannot be combined.
